Q. Does EPM provide housekeeping?
Yes, we provide experienced housekeepers that will take care of your cleaning needs.
Q. Is housekeeping included in the management fee?
No. Housekeeping is billed per occurrence in addition to the management fee on a monthly basis.
Q. Does EPM provide bookings for me?
Not currently. However, we provide rental support services for those who desire to market and book their own properties for more control of their income and bookings.
Q. How often will my property be inspected?
Property inspections are automatically performed by us weekly. With us, you have peace of mind knowing trustworthy, established and experienced locals are caring for your home.
Q. Do I receive notifications if there is a problem?
Yes. We will email you immediatly if we find a problem with your home. Photos of any damage or evidence of misuse are included in the email also.
Q. Is maintenance included in your fee?
We provie light maintenance during an inspection and it's included in the fee. In addition, our expeienced personnel can handle the more comlpex maintencene issues such as repairing plumbing leaks, smoke detector batteries, TV and internet issues, etc. at affordable rates. If we can't fix it, we know qualified professionals who can.
Q. What happens if there is a maintenance emergency such as a water leak or no heat?
We are available 24/7/365 to respond to problems or emergencies reported by you, your guests or neighbors.
Q. Am I required to pay Sales & Lodging Taxes?
All vacation rental owners are likely subject to registration and required to pay local taxes based on the rental income collected.
