Elevated Property Management LLC. is owned and operated by Bill and Jane Riley. Bill worked as a Homeowners Association (HOA) property manager for Premier Resorts/Deer Valley Lodging (DVL) for 7 years. After DVL decided to terminate some of their HOA management contracts, Bill stepped up and was hired by those HOAs and started Elevated.
Prior to moving to Park City, Bill was employed by the Southern California Gas Company for 20 years; he also assisted his father, a general contractor, with remodeling and building spec homes in Orange County. His family has been in the real estate and building business for over 50 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and has earned Utah real estate license and also carries a California license. He is a private pilot, also enjoys skiing, fly fishing, boating and all Park City offers.
Jane Riley oversees our private home caretaking department. She currently works with a select group of owners and their homes from the Deer Crest Development across to Empire’s Red Cloud neighborhood. With the help of her assistants, they’re services are of the highest standards and not what you’d get with the out of control, larger companies in town. Jane enjoys working with the owners and finds it to be very rewarding. Jane earned her Bachelor's degree from Long Beach State in Fine Arts. Jane enjoys drawing and painting, hiking the Wasatch and collecting antique toys.
Elevated Property Management is a conscientious company that specializes in cost management and delivering quality services. Our business philosophy is not to be the biggest company in town; but have a reputation for our quality. We do care about the owner's assets we manage, we care for them as if they we our own. Our motto is “quality preventative maintenance rather than reactive measures is key.” Our employees live in Park City so any emergency response times are minimal.

It’s the end of an era for us….after 16 years of ownership, Geoff and I have accepted an offer on P 12, and if everything proceeds as planned, we will close on or about December 6th. We’ve loved the place, but our kids seldom have time to go, and we’re ready for some other adventures. Park City has been part of our lives since the mid-1980’s, but we are looking forward to coming to visit without the overhead of owning J The new owners are a family from Austin, TX, and they say they plan to use it as we have—some owner use, and vacation rental.
I have really appreciated the chance to be an alternate on the HOA Board, but hereby offer my resignation upon the close of the sale. You guys have run a responsible and practical group, and it was a big deal to be able to tell the new buyers that they would assume a solid financial environment in the running of the HOA.
Bill, to you in particular, I want to say thanks for being a first class property manager. We’ve owed properties in multiple states and dealt with a lot of entities in this arena. You’ve been the best we’ve ever worked with by a wide margin. We are very grateful for all your help with resources, your get-it-done focus, your straight-shooting commentary, and all your hard work. We’ve had a laugh or two along the way, and I will miss working with you. You are a class act!
